Resource Movement is a diverse youth-led community of people with wealth and/or class privilege working toward the redistribution of wealth, land, and power. Our vision is a world in which all communities can live well and shape their own futures in alignment with the planet; we envision a world that is racially and economically just, in which wealth, land and power are shared, and Indigenous rights are respected. In our work, we educate ourselves about the roots of inequality, encourage each other to take bold action in solidarity with social justice movements, and open space for critical voices within philanthropy. With Chapters in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and Ottawa, our network includes over 300 young people across Canada who participate in learning opportunities, show up for social justice movements, and engage in campaigns.
